Travelling with small children changes what matters in a transfer. Luggage is heavier, stops are more frequent, and the vehicle needs to be equipped before you arrive rather than improvised at the kerb.
One baby or child seat is provided free of charge on every transfer. It is not an add-on and it does not appear on the bill. All we ask is that you mention it at booking so the right seat is fitted before the vehicle leaves for the airport.
"One child" can mean a six-month-old or a six-year-old, and the seat is different in each case. Telling us the age lets us bring the correct one rather than something approximate.
A pushchair takes roughly the space of a large suitcase. If you are travelling with one, count it as an extra bag when you tell us how much luggage you have — that way we allocate a vehicle with enough room instead of discovering the problem in the car park.
On the longer journeys from İzmir airport, a stop is usually welcome with young children. Tell the driver; there is no need to press on and nothing is added to the fare for it.
Our call centre is open 24/7 across İzmir and the North Aegean. The same number answers at any hour of the night.
