The most frequent problem at the kerb is not the number of passengers — it is the number of bags. A group that fits comfortably in the seats does not always fit with its luggage, and that is discovered at the worst possible moment.
When you tell us your luggage, include cabin bags, pushchairs, golf bags, musical instruments and anything else bulky. Hold luggage is easy to picture; it is the extras that overturn the calculation.
Our fares are quoted per vehicle, not per person. Whether one person travels or the vehicle is full, the amount is the same. This matters when you are deciding how to split a group: two half-empty vehicles cost twice as much as one full one.
Beyond a certain point a second Vito is not the best answer. For larger groups a Sprinter carries more people and considerably more luggage in one vehicle. Tell us the total number of passengers and bags and we will say which works out better.
